Rose Care for February & March!
1.  This is your last chance to apply your dormant oil spray.  You still need to water if rainfall is
low and if temperatures are warm (over 60 degrees).

2  Apply
organic fertilizers to insure the breakdown time needed to benefit roses in the spring.

3.  To keep
roses protected from high temperatures and freezing time temperatures.  Be sure to
apply
mulches (2-4 inches).

4.  Do not
prune now it is to early.  This will cause early leafing to be burned from freezing
temperatures and puts the bush under stress.
